1. Individual subscriptions may only be used by one (1) individual.
2. Station subscriptions may only be used by individuals employed at the station purchasing the show prep.
3. A multi-station subscription must be purchased by stations providing original content for more than one station.
4. Stations/Individuals may sign up for payment either by PayPal or check. Checks can be sent to:

5. All payments must be received by the 10th of each month.
6. The show prep will go out via email just after midnight Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Special emails will be sent out as the situation warrants.
7. Due to illness, vacation, or other circumstances, the show prep may not be sent up to nine (9) times per year. Notification will be given in these instances.
8. The show prep emails will not be sent on the release day nearest the following National Holidays: New Year, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
